The access of authorized users to the H.E.R.ME.S. system is realised with the use of a username, of a password, and additionally, with the use of a  One Time Password (OTP) per login and per submission, the latter the user receives through an SMS message in the mobile phone number the user has indicated in the corresponding application.
The H.E.R.ME.S. system automatically issues and sends to the Issuer a unique Submission Number (Submission ID) for each submission.  To ensure the validity of each submission, please always confirm that you have received the Submission ID and always check the publication on the ATHEXGROUP website.
